In 2008, I moved with my three children from the San Francisco Bay Area to Red Lodge, MT. We chose to make this wonderful community our home, where my partner and I share the joys and challenges of a blended household with five teens.
As a survivor of domestic violence, I found myself in pursuit of healing and wholeness. In my ongoing quest,
I discovered my gifts are in the healing arts.
My path began in 2005 when I attended National Holistic Institute, becoming a certified massage therapist. I have continued learning different modalities, accumulating to more than 9,000 hours of training and practical application, resulting in a unique combination of Eastern and Western healing traditions.
I am a certified Somatic Coach and Somatic Bodyworker through the Strozzi Institute for Embodied Leadership, and teach Mindfulness in our local schools, as well as hosting meditation groups for humans of all ages.
My educational journey and personal experience have revealed mind-body awareness and movement are keys to transformational healing and sustainable personal growth.
